My bought domain says "Pending" (Provisioning) — is something wrong?

No. After payment Proxamail orchestrates each registration in the background — configuring DNS and randomized nameservers, and spacing registrations out with a short random gap so your pool never shares one fingerprint. Each domain shows Provisioning — 1–8 hours (usually much sooner), then flips to Monitored. You can safely leave the page; its durable queue resumes from the last completed step until it is ready.

I bought a domain but can't find where to set nameservers.

You don't need to — for domains bought in the app, Proxamail sets the nameservers automatically. Only domains you bring yourself need you to set them at your registrar.

Which extensions can I buy in the app?

.com, .net, .org, .io, .co, .info, .biz and .xyz. Some country extensions (like .us, .eu) need extra registrant data Proxamail doesn't collect yet, so they aren't available for in-app purchase — you can still bring one you bought elsewhere.

Do I actually own the domains I buy?

Yes. They're registered in your name (your registrant details), and you can transfer them out at any time.

What happens if I delete a domain?

It leaves your pool and its DNS zone is removed. On the pay-as-you-go plan your bill adjusts — you stop paying for it. Deleting it in Proxamail does not un-register a domain you own; it stays yours at the registrar.

A domain got blacklisted — what now?

Only that domain's reputation is affected — your other domains stay independent. If it's a burner behind a mirrored site, Proxamail retires that burner automatically and leaves your other ready burners available. Stop using the retired hostname and switch the affected mailbox or campaign to another ready burner.

How many domains can I add on the free trial?

Up to 3. Subscribe to add more — then there's no hard cap (you can also set your own limit in Billing).
