Pricing FAQ
How is billing calculated?
You're billed monthly by the number of active domains — the $9 base plus any domains above the 3 included, at the per-domain rate for your tier.
What happens when a domain is retired after a blacklist hit?
Retired domains you remove no longer count toward your active domain total, so they stop being billed once you delete or retire them.
Are domain registration fees included?
No. Domains you buy in-app are real registrar purchases in your name, shown separately before checkout, and are generally non-refundable — see our Terms for details.
Can I bring my own domains?
Yes — bring domains from any registrar and point them at Proxamail; they count toward your active domain total the same as domains you buy here.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, no credit card required, for up to 3 domains.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can stop using the service at any time; your subscription is managed from Billing.
